Should Cell Phone Use Be Limited?
Many people enjoy the freedom of using cell phones wherever they go. Some people argue, however, that cell phone use should be limited because it may disturb others. Should people be allowed to use cell phones in places like stores, restaurants, and movie thaters, or should cell phone use in such places be banned? Take a position on this question.
